Course Details:

  • Duration: 4 live Teams sessions (fortnightly, over 8 weeks)

  • Day & Time: 11:00 AM (Australian Daylight Savings Time ) Sundays, fortnightly (if this time doesn't suit, don't worry — l'm planning other sessions in the future. Please register your interest and I'll do my absolute best to create a session that works for your time zone)

  • Start Date: Slated for early February 2025 (exact date to be announced in the coming weeks!)

  • Class Size: Small and intimate, with a maximum of 12 participants

  • Includes: 4 one-hour Teams sessions, student workbook (PDF), guided & self-guided practice + FREE 2-month access to the Mind the Pain Endometriosis Meditations app, and more!

Why 8 Weeks?
This course is intentionally spaced over 8 weeks to give you the time and space to truly integrate the tools and practices into your daily life (it also takes approximately 8-weeks to change the brain via mindfulness-based stress reduction meditation).

 

Each fortnightly session builds upon the last, allowing you to absorb the teachings, practice at your own pace, and experience lasting change.
