Hello, Warrior

Mind the Pain is a mindfulness resource designed to help

manage the pain, stress, and anxiety that can come from

living with endometriosis.

While living with this condition can be incredibly challenging,

your life can still be wonderfully fulfilling —

even more-so — in spite of it.

Using clinically proven pain relief techniques,
these meditations are specifically designed to target the

unique challenges and trauma faced by endo warriors. This

goes beyond the physical pain itself — fully recognising the

intense emotional grief we face almost daily.

Our pain is always real, but we can feel empowered in knowing meditation

and mindfulness tools have been scientifically proven to turn down our

brain's pain responsiveness through the power of neuroplasticity.

This is because, by taking some time to meditate, you're
reprogramming your brain to find safety in the body through

rest, relaxation, and calmness —

this literally rewires chronic pain neurons to no longer

be as reactive, causing them to be used for other

purposes, instead of pain.

Over time, this will reduce your body's stress response and allow your

brain to become less reactive with its pain signals —

helping us find relief and live our best lives

despite anything endo throws at us.
And who doesn't love that?

Even in the heat of a pain flare-up, these meditations will have you feeling like...

Why Meditate?

Want to better understand your
endometriosis pain and how mindfulness, neuroplasticity, &
meditation can help soothe it?
Check out the fact sheet below:

Endometriosis Pain & Mindfulness Fact Sheet

*Please note that meditation may not be recommended for everyone, particularly those who suffer from (or may be at risk of) severe depression or psychosis. It's highly recommended you talk to your doctor before undertaking a mindfulness or meditation practice if you have any concerns. Thanks so much, warriors

According to research from Stanford University, our brains produce around 60,000 thoughts a day, on average. Approximately 90 percent of these thoughts are repetitive — and are largely negative.

For people with endometriosis, this can have debilitating effects on your physical and mental health — especially when ruminating about your pain or other life stressors.

Mindfulness meditations allow us a moment to press stop on these thoughts and take some time for ourselves. Finding calmness and relaxation amongst the chaos.

The biological link between stress and pain has been well-established. Meditating, even briefly, is a fundamental part of managing the pain cycles that can come from the general stress and hardship of living with endometriosis.

As endo warriors, it can be hard to find time and motivation to meditate. But not anymore.

Mind the Pain mindfulness meditations are simple and easy to do. They're the perfect resource for your pain management toolkit, especially for those who don't normally enjoy meditating.

These meditations seek to find some light in those darker moments, while fully acknowledging the true grief, challenges, and most of all, power of being an endo warrior. They also use science-based strategies, clinically proven to reduce and eliminate pain.

Now you don't have an excuse not to be prioritised. And you so deserve it, warrior.

Hope you enjoy!

What endo warriors are saying...

“A very validating meditation. I loved it, crazy helpful and going on the bookmarks. Thank you!"
